We understand that we are dealing with a human product, produced by humans and errors/mistakes in production can occur, BUT we stand behind every strand of hair we sell in terms of product quality and authenticity. . If you feel there is an issue with your purchase, the hair must be returned so we can inspect. No credits or exchanges will offered without the hair being returned. Upon inspection, if the issue is deemed valid, we will offer a replacement of product, or a full credit of the item purchased towards any other purchase.

Any items used, where there are no issues can not be returned or credited.

All sales after 3 business days, if no notification is given of product issue upon receipt, ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges will be made available.
